As you may be aware there are postal delays in some areas of the country due to industrial action. It looks likely that these postal delays might continue and may potentially get worse.
To ensure you are still able to make your monthly payment on time, you may wish to get information about paying your credit card online. If so, please follow these steps:

By logging on to Online Banking at mbna.co.uk you can view your latest balance, last statement balance, minimum payment and your payment due date.

If you wish to make an online payment, please note that you will need to allow at least 3 days for the payment to arrive before the due date. To make a payment, simply click on the 'Make Payment' tab and follow the instructions.
Online Banking has a range of great facilities for your convenience, including paperless statements, the ability to view your PIN and set up direct debits - both of which are useful when you cannot rely on the post to get your statement to you.
