How do I enrol my personal account?

Access to Online Banking is immediate and free, with no need to wait for passwords to be sent to you. To enrol, you will need your credit card and your last statement balance so we can verify your details. If a statement has not yet been generated additional personal details will be requested. You will be asked to create your own ID and password which you will use to log on to the service in the future.

How do I enrol my business account?

Before you can enrol a business credit card, the principal cardholder or company administrator must first enrol the company account. This is the person who is liable for the account or has the authority to maintain the account.

If you are the principal cardholder or company administrator
  1. Make sure that you have your business credit card and most recent statement to hand.
  2. Click on the "Enrol Now" link below, enter your 16 digit company account number and click "submit". The system will prompt you for further details.
  3. Enter the requested details relating to your company account and click "submit". The system will send a confirmation email to you confirming your user name for the company account. The company account has now been enrolled and you will be able to view the company's total expenditure, available credit and payment information.
  4. Enrol your own business credit card, if you have one. Simply sign on using the company user name and password, click on "Enrol an Account", enter the requested details and click "submit". Your card has now been enrolled and you will be able to view recent transactions, expenditure and available credit on your own business credit card.
  5. Advise any additional cardholders to enrol for the Online Banking service.

How secure is my account information online?

One of our highest priorities is to ensure your privacy and peace of mind by employing the most advanced online security measures in the industry. These include:

  • State–of–the–art encryption of all data transmitted between your computer and our secure site. We require 128–bit SSL to maintain the highest encryption standards throughout our site and protect your online account information. We suggest that you use a version 4.0 or higher AOL®, Microsoft® or NetscapeTM browser.
  • A unique login name and password system for authentication purposes.

How does encryption work, and what's the difference between 40–bit and 128–bit encryption?

Encryption software encodes data before it is transmitted over the internet to another computer. Most major commercial browsers include encryption software, including the 4.0 and higher versions of NetscapeTM Navigator and Microsoft® Explorer. Two of the most widely used encryption levels are 40–bit and 128–bit, and many browsers today offer both. Our secure credit card applications require 128–bit encryption because it provides the most secure level of web browser encryption available on the internet today. In fact, it's more than 300 x 1024 times more secure than 40–bit encryption. With 128–bit encryption, you can access your account online with confidence.
