How to request your information
Most of the time, you can find what you need without writing to us to ask for it. You can easily view most of the information we hold about you through Online Services or the MBNA Mobile App.
In some situations, you might need to contact us to get the information you need. To get copies of your credit card statements, details about an application, or information about a savings account, it’s best to call us.

When you make a DSAR we will share this data with you. You can also ask us how we use this data, who it is shared with, and where it came from.
