For security reasons, we won’t tell you about your PIN over the phone.

To get a PIN reminder
1.Log in to our app. Select Manage card on the bottom right of the app.
2.Select View PIN. Swipe to select relevant card. You’ll only be able to view PIN on active cards.
3.Select and hold the Reveal PIN button. Once you have seen your PIN, release the Reveal PIN button to hide it from view.

If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times while shopping, your PIN will be locked. You can unlock it at most UK cash machines.z
To unlock your PIN at a cash machine
- Put in your card and enter your PIN.
- Select PIN Services then Unlock your PIN.
- Your PIN has been unlocked.
If you are abroad, you can unlock your PIN at most cash machines once you return to the UK.

If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times at a cash machine, your PIN will be blocked.
Message us online if you need help unblocking your card. If you don’t use online services, you can call us.

You can change your PIN at most UK cash machines.
To change your PIN
- Put in your card and enter your PIN.
- Select PIN Services then your own PIN.
- Enter your new PIN and select enter.
- Confirm your PIN and select enter.
- All done, your PIN is now changed.
