Statements explained
-
Your first statement is usually available within 28 days after your first purchase.
-
A yearly statement gives you an overview of your account activity over the last 12 months. When it’s due, your statement will be included with one of your monthly statements. If your account is set up with paper-free statements, you’ll need to log in or register to view them online.
-
If you want to close your account and you receive paper statements, you’ll receive your final statement through the post. If you are paper-free, you can download or print any statements you want to keep, as you may not be able to access them once the account is closed.
-
We have added a message to remind customers that we require the minimum payment to be made each month when there's a balance on the account. We recommend a Direct Debit to be set up to avoid late payment fees. Extra payments can be made at any time if you would like to. You can find a more detailed description on the minimum payments page.

If you want a copy of a statement that isn’t online, please call us.

You can't cancel a transaction after you've authorised it. If you change your mind about something you've bought with your credit card, the retailer might offer a refund. A refund will usually show in Online Services one working day after it processes, or on your next statement. To cancel a subscription or regular payment, please call us.
