Useful phone numbers
It's worth making a note of the phone numbers you might need. So that if you have to contact us, you've got them to hand.
Making a claim
Making a claim is simple and only takes a few minutes. You can do this online or by calling us.
Proof of insurance
Sometimes you might need to prove you have home insurance in place. The email we send with your policy details is usually good enough. But we can send you something more formal if you need it.
Staying covered
To make sure you stay covered, let us know in advance if something is changing. Things like having some building work costing more than £75,000. Or if your home will be empty longer than usual. Our policy booklet (PDF, 1.5MB) has a list of things you need to tell us about.
Also, make sure you keep your home in good condition. Home insurance doesn't cover costs for damage due to lack of maintenance.
