  • It's safe and secure.
  • You can view your new credit card details while you're while you're waiting.
  • You'll receive a new credit card within five working days.

Note: To use our online service your registered address needs to be within the UK.

Mobile app guide

  1. Log in to our app and select My card on the bottom right of the app.
  2. Select Replace card & PINs.
  3. Scroll down and select Replace card. Make sure you select the right card if you have more than one.
  4. Confirm address is right and select continue.
  5. All done, you’ll receive your new credit card within five working days.

Online Services guide

  1. Log in to Online Services and select My card followed by Replace card & PINs.
  2. Select Replace card (need to make sure you choose the right card if you have more than one).
  3. Confirm address is correct and select continue.
  4. All done, you’ll receive your new credit card within five working days.
